Why Try CBT Counselling?
There are many different kinds of counselling, and each has their strengths and weaknesses. One type of counselling that has been very effective in working with a number of issues is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, also known as CBT. This counselling approach teaches clients how to analyze and recognize their emotions, and how to regulate them. Counselling is a safe, confidential space that you can talk about the issues you are facing. CBT is usually faster than other kinds of counselling, and has an excellent result history. Our therapists are all trained in CBT counselling, and if this is something that you are interested in trying, they are a good place to start!
