What is Reduced-Rate Counselling?
Reduced-rate counselling is a service offered to increase the accessibility of therapy. This low-cost counselling is provided by students completing their Master’s programs in Counselling and are supervised by onsite instructors. Therapy is offered starting at $80 per session.

Counselling can seem like a big step to take, and we want to make that easier. We invite you to come for a free, 15 minute phone consultation and see for yourself what counselling is like. Length & Frequency of Session: After initial consultation, most individual sessions run for 50 minutes, with longer sessions available for those who need / request them. Usually sessions takes place on a weekly basis, with most clients spending between 3-10 sessions in counselling.
Cost: The cost of counselling depends on which therapist you are seeing and whether you have insurance coverage. Reduced-Rate 50 minute individual sessions run for $50. Reduced-Rate couples sessions run for $70.
